Genuine Wildlife Control provides wildlife removal and control services. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Payments and Refunds

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genuine Wildlife Control and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
